A message dated May 2, 1995, was read stating the Governor has                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(RLS)                                  
"An Act relating to an Iditarod mushing sweepstakes; and
